Therapy with an integrative approach.
Integrative therapy is a form of psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the individual client. These tools help promote self-awareness by working to bring together the psychological, emotional, physical, social and physical parts of the mind-body, so that these parts work together to best complete a whole, fully-integrated person.
In addition to traditional talk-therapy, I am passionate about incorporating my decade of experience working as a yoga teacher, holistic nutritionist, breathwork facilitator, and postpartum doula.

Emotions are not all in your head. They are a full body experience.
Let’s work together.
Talk Therapy
There are many reasons to seek therapy - emotional processing, healing from trauma, life transitions, personal growth, self-confidence, greif/loss, anxiety, depression. Regardless of what brings you here, let’s find out if we are a good fit.
Integrative Specializations
We’ll go beyond basic talk therapy by using evidence-based approaches that emphasize both the wisdom of your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
